The inauguration of the Community Innovation Center to promote innovation in community services, under the patronage of Her Excellency Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid. The event includes a guided tour of the center’s innovative facilities and a special ceremony to honor innovators and creative individuals for their contributions to developing innovative solutions for the community.

This awareness session focuses on explaining both the Innovation Pillar and the Future Foresight Pillar within the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and their importance in driving government performance toward leadership. A detailed explanation of the innovation and future foresight criteria outlined in the excellence model will be provided, including how to identify the actions required to achieve excellence in both areas. The session will also cover the key performance indicators (KPIs) related to innovation and future foresight, as well as how to measure and monitor them to ensure continuous improvement.
