This comprehensive one-day workshop is designed to equip 20-30 primary care clinicians involved in the mental health care pathway with essential design-thinking skills and innovation strategies. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore creative problem-solving techniques to tackle key challenges in mental healthcare delivery. In collaboration with DHI Scotland, the workshop will focus on identifying critical gaps in primary care and developing technology-driven solutions to enhance patient outcomes. Clinicians will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions, gaining practical tools to drive innovation and system improvement within their practice. By the end of the session, participants will leave with a clear framework for integrating design-thinking principles into their daily work, fostering more effective and patient-centered mental health solutions.
