DEWA Libraries Robotics features Temi the robot for knowledge enhancement while Infento Talent Kit helps children develop technical skills. Smart Energy Management optimizes energy consumption with AI while Smart Grid Technologies improve electricity distribution. The Voice of Customer VoC Dashboard provides real time analytics, and the High Electricity Usage Alert notifies users of unusual consumption. Automation and AI driven innovations include Digital Disruption for data analysis Smart Management of MDGs for real time mobile diesel generator tracking and the PLEXOS Automated Dashboard for streamlined data processing. Sustainability initiatives feature the Hatta Pumped Storage Hydro Power Plant a 100 percent renewable energy storage project MaiQ for solar powered water quality monitoring and Smart Quick Lock Leak Repair which uses robotics to fix pipelines without excavation. Other innovations include 3D Printing for Spare Parts to reduce costs Key Management System KMS for secure substation access and the Site Activities Management Platform for digital coordination of construction projects. Auto NOC Approval for Soil Investigation speeds up approvals while Alharis enhances security with smart sensors. Paper permits have been replaced with Digital Tagging by DFO using reusable QR codes to make processes more efficient and intelligent.
