Innovation at Dubai Civil Aviation Authority

Dubai Civil Aviation Authority is organizing a series of activities during UAE Innovation Month 2025 to foster a culture of innovation and creativity in the workplace. The initiative includes specialized training workshops on design thinking, innovation leadership, and institutional innovation. Additionally, an internal hackathon will be held to develop innovative solutions for organizational challenges, and internal innovations will be showcased at the UAE Innovation Exhibition. Employees will also have the opportunity to participate in the UAE Innovation Award through the internal electronic system “DCAAHUB.”
