Designing Innovation Culture

“The Designing Innovation Culture course aims to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks needed to build an organizational culture that fosters innovation. Rooted in the Dubai Government Excellence Framework, the course highlights the importance of leadership, team alignment, and practical strategies to create a sustainable innovation ecosystem. Participants will explore key enablers of innovation culture, diagnose their organizational environment, and apply tools such as the Culture Map and Team Alignment Map (TAM). The course also addresses common innovation challenges, including resistance to change, tolerance for risk, and fostering collaboration across departments”
