Corporate Innovation Programme

The Dans Corporate Innovation Programme includes multiple activities for Innovation Month. The first being two Innovation and Design Thinking Training Sessions being provided on a first come first serve basis (Held on February 13th and 19th). The second is an innovation campaign where people will share their innovation ideas related to the 5 pre-selected challenges that link to the DWC airport expansion project. The final part includes a Hackathon where pre-selected employees and external aviation stakeholders/ partners will be invited to evaluate and score the ideas from the challenge and select the based on related to their theme to then expand on and prototype further. Finally, the team will be doing 3 virtual webinars covering topics such as quick idea-generation techniques, foresight trends in aviation and technology, case studies of successful innovations, or practical tips on nurturing an innovative mindset at work.
