Al Amals Got Innovators

Al Amal Mental Health Hospital, affiliated with the Emirates Health Services (EHS), organized the “Innovators for Hope” event— a creative competition that enables hospital employees to present innovative ideas that contribute to the development of various hospital aspects and enhance mental health services. During the event, shortlisted ideas were presented on stage within 90 seconds, followed by voting from a three-member judging panel to select and honor the winners. Employees competed for three awards, alongside distinguished partner universities vying for an exceptional award recognizing the best innovative ideas. The event aims to encourage employees to submit their ideas through the “Afkari” platform by EHS, while fostering a culture of innovation as a key driver for excellence and leadership.
