The Department of Human Resources Fujairah established the initiative; the team work “Lenient Administration”, in which it replaces the staff of reception with the robot. The robot will handle all the customers’ needs and delivering a request to the requested section or to the employee specialized in transmitting the data between the device and customer with excellent precision and speed.
